Sage Store Brief ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of merchants ("you" or "your") and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you install or use the App with your Shopify store.

2. Information We Collect

When the App is installed, we access limited store data via Shopify APIs strictly to provide the App’s functionality:

• Merchant Information: Shop name, shop domain, email address, and store currency to deliver reports and support the account.
• Order Data: Order history and related information to generate daily store summaries.
• Product & Inventory Data: Product titles, variants, prices, and inventory levels for reporting purposes.
• Customer Data: Customer name and email included in order records, used only inside generated reports.

We do not collect payment information directly. All payment processing is handled by Shopify.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data only to operate the App:

• Generate automated store briefing reports
• Send scheduled report emails
• Store report preferences and settings
• Improve reliability and performance of the App
