Sage Order Desk ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of merchants ("you" or "your") and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you install or use the App with your Shopify store.

When the App is installed, we access limited store data via Shopify APIs strictly to provide the App’s functionality:

Merchant Information: Shop name, shop domain, email address, and store currency to operate the App and provide support.

Customer Data: Customer names, contact details, and profiles to enable customer search and order creation.

Order Data: Order history and related details to display past purchases and support reorder workflows.

Product Data: Product titles, variants, images, and prices to allow merchants to add items to orders.

We do not collect or store payment information. All payment processing is handled by Shopify.

We use collected data only to operate the App:

• Enable customer search and order creation workflows
• Display order history and frequently purchased products
