Sage Order Watchdog ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of merchants ("you" or "your") and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you install or use the App with your Shopify store.
When the App is installed, we access limited store data via Shopify APIs strictly to provide the App’s functionality:
Merchant Information
Shop name, shop domain, email address, and store currency to operate the App and provide support.
Customer Data
Customer names, contact details, and basic profiles used for risk evaluation and blacklist matching.
Order Data
Order details including billing/shipping information, order value, and order history used to analyze potential risk and generate alerts.
Technical Data
IP addresses and related metadata (when available through Shopify order data) used to identify suspicious patterns and fraud risk.
We do not collect or store payment information. All payment processing is handled by Shopify.
