Sage Quick Order ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our merchants ("you" or "your") and their customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
2. Information We Collect
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account via Shopify’s APIs:
- Merchant Information: Shop name, shop domain, email address, and primary store currency to identify your account and provide support.
- Customer Data: Customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, and tags. This is required to allow you to search for and select customers when creating manual orders.
- Product & Inventory Data: Product titles, variants, prices, and inventory levels. This is required to display your catalog and check stock availability.
- Order Data: Order details and history. This is required to generate Draft Orders and Open Orders on your behalf.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To enable the creation of "Presets" (saved product bundles), facilitate fast customer search, and generate orders instantly.
- App Functionality: To maintain your settings, saved presets, and draft configurations.
- Improvements: To analyze usage patterns and optimize the App’s performance and user interface.
- Communication: To send you important updates regarding the App or your subscription.
4. Sharing Your Information (Third Parties)
We do not sell your personal data. However, to provide our services, we share necessary data with the following third-party service providers:
- Hosting Provider: Our App infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud servers provided by Fly.io (or Amazon Web Services, etc. - 실제 쓰시는 곳으로).
